We have a 30-day return policy on eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Certain products are not eligible for return or refund as outlined below.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to us. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable / non-refundable items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded. We do not accept returns, and will not issue refunds for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, aerosols, or gases. The hazardous materials list includes, but is not limited to, peroxide developers, hair color products, and hair bleaching products. Many hair products are not manufactured with tamper-evident seals under the cap. Styling, treatment, and leave-in products are also manufactured without tamper-evident seals. Products manufactured without tamper-evident seals are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable due to their hygienic nature and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Order Cancellation requests must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org Processed orders cannot be cancelled. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Orders that are already undergoing processing for shipment cannot be cancelled. Order cancellation requests that are submitted after the 1 hour window will be denied. If for any reason we do approve a cancellation after this 1 hour window, a 5% processing fee will apply to cover restocking and transaction charges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
